Informace pro cizince platné od 10/3/2020 v souvislosti s COVID-19/Alert-Information for Foreigners since 10 th March 2020 in connection with COVID-19

Vážení klienti,
v souvislosti s vývojem ohledně prevence rozšíření COVID-19 Vás chceme vyzvat, abyste zvážili nutnost využití pracovišť MV ČR v případech, kdy lze věc vyřídit bez osobní návštěvy. Dále, pokud jste se vrátili z Itálie, musíte se řídit níže uvedeným opatřením.

Pouze pro cizince, kteří v důsledku opatření Ministerstva zdravotnictví ze dne 7. března 2020 mají být v karanténě a nemohou si svou záležitost vyřídit jinak než osobně na pracovišti Ministerstva vnitra byl zřízen informační email. Z kapacitních důvodů bude možné reagovat pouze na dotazy týkající se nutnosti vyřídit záležitosti s OAMP v případech karantény nebo onemocnění. Děkujeme za pochopení. Email: pobyty@mvcr.cz.

On March 10th, 2020, the Minister of Health issued an emergency measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Czech Republic. This measure applies to foreigners who do not have permanent or temporary residence in the Czech Republic or do not work there; especially tourists.
All persons who do not have permanent or temporary residence in the Czech Republic or who do not work there are obliged to endure the control of symptoms of infectious diseases after entering the Czech Republic.
If signs of an infectious disease are found, they are obliged to assist healthcare professionals in the collection of the samples. Furthermore, they are obliged to tolerate restrictions on the freedom of movement during the laboratory examination of the samples.
For foreigners with permanent or temporary residence, and those working in the Czech Republic, the obligation to report symptoms of an infectious disease to their GP immediately is still in effect, as well as the obligation to undergo a quarantine after their return from Italy.
